We coordinate on-site trash services, hauling services, metal recycling, the book guy, and as many donation options as possible and reasonable in the time frame we’re given. We do our best to keep things OUT of the waste stream, but we all must be realistic to understand that if the majority of the contents of a cleanout project were not on the edge of being disposable, someone would have offered to do a sale and find new homes for it all.
There are few problems that money cannot solve, and we will present you with a fair price for comprehensive service. Our price is not an estimate. It will be firm and payable in advance. A full cleanout can be a fast solution – usually much faster than waiting for the next available dates for an estate sale. Cleanout teams are different from sales teams. Estate sales are staged during the week and our cashiers only work during the day on the weekends. A supervised cleanout crew can do their work any time and most projects only take a few days to complete rather than just over a week for an on-site sale. You tell us when you need the house empty – if we commit to meeting your goal and you accept our proposal, it will be done on time without fail.

Consignment Combo
It may not all be disposable. There could be some good sellable things and you may be offered a combination of the full cleanout service plus consignment of a few better items. We handle those items separately, pack them out and store them until they can be added to another client’s estate sale at some point in the future. There is no charge for moving and storage, and when these pieces are sold, we retain 50% commission and send you a check for the other half to help off-set the cost of the cleanout which you will have already paid.
