There are few problems that money cannot solve, and we will present you with a fair price for comprehensive service. Our price is not an estimate. It will be firm and payable in advance. Your Project Manager will evaluate the job and add up the costs of cleaning out whatever it takes to make the property ready for your Realtor.
It may not all be disposable. There could be some good sellable things and you may be offered a combination of the full cleanout service plus consignment of a few better items. When these pieces are sold, we retain 50% commission and send you a check for the other half to help off-set the cost of the cleanout!
