We are not antique dealers. We are a service company -- often called upon to address the liquidation challenge of one of the Four D's: Death, Downsizing, Divorce, or Dysfunction. Our Project Managers, Merchandisers, and sales professionals work as a team to professionally stage and price your collection: furniture, pottery, china, glass, silver, jewelry, rugs, linens, collectibles, contemporary brand name items, retro and vintage clothing as well as tools, household supplies, and general household merchandise. A winning combination of experience and talent, along with strong on-line marketing tools, social media, and a loyal following of estate sale shoppers, guarantees the successful liquidation of the contents of the home at fair market value within just a 2-3 day selling period. With 80-90 projects annually, the PEERLESS team sells over 100,000 items at our on-site events, and over 600 pcs per year on-line!

Our Clients don’t have to clean; they don’t throw anything away, and they don’t even have to be in the area to know that the job will be handled with care leaving the property in the condition you and your Realtor expect: Empty and Clean! As you think through your plan, it’s best to make us the last thing that happens in the house. The property will be ready to be put on the market, rented, or turned over to the new owner.

Our Clients are offered a detailed reporting of sale results suitable for Probate, and most important, our Clients are treated with great care and respect during what can be an emotionally stressful time of transition.

We are properly licensed and insured for general business liability and as a legal employer, our team is covered by Workers Compensation insurance while performing services in your home.

Out-of-town Trustees and family members appreciate our communication and reporting tools, and your realtor will absolutely rely on us to either prepare the house for sale, or empty it on time for a care-free closing. Expect to be overwhelmed with how thorough we are and how much of the problem we solve.

At our company, Mondays mean the final cleanup of the prior week’s houses immediately followed by the start of new ones. At the close of every Monday, each PEERLESS team submits its “Above and Beyond” report – that one extra effort we made for our client that they wouldn’t have expected or thought to have asked.
